Insite is a speculative design response that aims to facilitate a more structured and collaborative tenant-landlord relationship. Installed within the rental property, Insite measures the house climate and collects data such as temperature, humidity, and airflow, for viewing on the user’s smartphone. The data is then used to detect issues and provide recommendations for the maintenance of the property to both tenant and landlord.
I am a designer, artist, and illustrator. My professional interests include branding and marketing, and visual craft. I believe in disruptive design for the greater good.
