Unseen Architects

Unseen Architects is an interiors collection inspired by the amazing structures that insects build. The work draws parallels between the need of both humans and insects to cocoon and retreat from the world. Exploring how insects build has informed a series of designs made from natural and recycled materials.
Josie Ward is a textile designer who enjoys creating textiles for interiors using multi-layered processes. She is inspired by colour, tactility and structure and the potential of textiles to bring nature and architecture together.
